JPL Habitability Inc. has many years of experience successfully working as a manufacturer and Joiner contractor for the US Navy, major shipbuilding companies as well as other maritime service companies in the Northwest, Southwest, East Coast; domestically, as well as the Pacific Rim. JPL has designed, fabricated and installed complete habitability renovation packages aboard many US Navy and US Coast Guard Vessels. Our renovations include Wardrooms, Galleys, Crews Dining areas, Office spaces as well as the ships Hi Visibility spaces which include the ships Captains, Admirals and Executive Officers.

These past five years, JPL has successfully completed the challenging NAVSEA Millennium Sanitary Space renovations on five different NIMITZ class aircraft carriers. JPL provided the stainless steel manufactured systems components as well as the installation aspects.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Bremerton, WA which operates in a 15,000 square foot facility.

Our manufacturing process begins with our utilization of a 3D modeling process that feeds our CNC equipment. Our CNC equipment include: routers, plasma cutter, Hydraulic Press Brakes, Hydraulic Shears, and Hydraulic Punches. JPL also incorporates our lathe, vertical milling machine, sheet rollers, cold saw, ban saws and tube/pipe rolling equipment as required.

Our Habitability fabrication and installation team have more than 75 years of combined experience working with shipboard furniture and installation projects. Our employees have proven themselves to be valuable team members with many different companies. We are a service driven company that always looks to complete our projects with 100 percent customer satisfaction.  It is with this philosophy and experience that I have the upmost confidence that JPL will provide success to any project we take on.
